Do I need this a “home service” if I visit regularly?

Yes, we think so. Unless you are visiting multiple times a month and allocate your valuable vacation time to home ownership tasks you will greatly benefit from the services we provide. We will work with you and your vacation schedule to ensure your home is always in great condition, ready and waiting for you to visit. We also take on the task of coordinating any and all home management tasks such as scheduling services (HVAC checks, maintenance visits, lawn care, snoe removal, etc) so you don’t have to think about it.

What towns and neighborhoods do you serve?

We provide home checks and property management for homes in the vicinity of Summit County. This includes Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Copper Mountain.

What is the cost of “home services”?

We offer two types of services — a monthly subscription and as-needed-visits. Each service is customized to meet your needs. Please reach out to us for a free consultation and we will create a quote designed for your home.

Do you manage Short Term Rentals?

Yes, we do offer property management for short term rentals on a case-by-case basis. Our focus is on second homes that are not rented out nightly; however, we do work with some clients that occasionally rent out their homes.
