Owned and operated by Breckenridge local, Heidi Berghammer, we are home owners with over a decade of experience making our mountain houses into mountain homes.

Heidi will be your main point of contact. She specializes in client communications, contractor scheduling, concierge services, and vacation planning. Alongside her husband, Robb Berghammer, she will collaborate with you to ensure your mountain house feels cozy, inviting, and relaxing.

We have lived in Summit County for over fifteen years and have personally vetted a vast network of contractors that we work with for home improvement projects, appliance repairs, home cleaning, lawn care, and snow removal services.
